How it works:

• Decide when you would prefer your coaching session (before or after recording your speech)
• Record your speech using Zoom, Loom, YouTube, etc
• Send your speech via WeTransfer
• Receive your report within 48 hours

Terms and conditions: 

1. Availability: The service is available for individuals who submit recorded presentations for evaluation. The time-stamped feedback will be provided when the individual is ready to view it, without the need for setting up a meeting.  The 45-minute  coaching session will be set at a mutually agreed upon time and date.  Coaching sessions my be conducted in person or online, at the preference and location of the trainer.

2. Ownership of Recorded Presentations: Users retain ownership of the recorded presentations they submit for evaluation. The service will not share, distribute, or use the recorded presentations for any purpose other than providing feedback and analysis.

3. Accuracy of Feedback: While the service strives to provide accurate and comprehensive feedback, it is based on data-driven analysis and subjective evaluation. The feedback should be considered as an opinion and not as an absolute measure of the quality of the presentation.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality: The service will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the recorded presentations and the feedback provided. User data will be protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

5. User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for submitting recorded presentations that are their original work or for which they have the necessary permissions. Users should also ensure that the recorded presentations do not contain any confidential, sensitive, or copyrighted information that they do not have the right to use.

6. Limitation of Liability: The service and its operators will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by users as a result of using the service or relying on the feedback provided.

7. Modifications to the Service: The service reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.

8. Payment and Refunds: A one-time payment is due upon purchase of this service.  Refunds are not possible.  24 hours is required for rescheduling coaching session(s).  Failing to meet at the agreed upon time/date will result in forfeit of the coaching session.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.  The terms and conditions are governed by Albers Business Communication Solutions, the original name of this sole proprietorship. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By submitting a recorded presentation for evaluation, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
