Time: 9 AM - 3 PM. 

Place: Otis Lounge (Private room) in Khalifa City A

Participants: Maximum 16 people (female only this time)

Terms and Conditions for ClearSpeak GCC's Public Speaking Skills Workshop

1. Registration and Payment:

   • Registration for the workshop is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
   • Payment must be made through the website www.clearspeakgcc.com.
   • Registrations are non-transferable.

2. Workshop Details:

   • The one-day workshop includes 6 hours of instruction, a workbook, lunch, and coffee/tea.
   • The workshop will take place at The Otis Lounge in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi.
   • Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.

3. Online Self-Access Course:

   • Participants will have access to the online self-access course for 90 days from the date of the workshop.
   • Access details will be provided post-workshop.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date will be eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop date will receive a 50% refund.
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation:

   • ClearSpeak GCC reserves the right to change the date, venue, or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.
   • In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made or a full refund provided.

6. Liability:

   • ClearSpeak GCC is not responsible for any personal property or belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during the workshop.
   • Participants are advised to safeguard their belongings at all times.

7. Code of Conduct:

   • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards instructors and fellow participants.
   • ClearSpeak GCC reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the workshop or violates the code of conduct, without a refund.

8. Photography and Recording:

   • Photography and recording of the workshop content are strictly prohibited without prior consent from ClearSpeak GCC.

9. Health and Safety:

   • Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the workshop.
   • ClearSpeak GCC will follow all relevant health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe learning environment.
