Speak More Professionally in 6 Weeks
A practical 6-week online professional communication skills course to help you speak clearly, confidently and professionally in meetings, presentations, client conversations and difficult workplace situations.
Speak more clearly, confidently, and professionally at work.
You are an expert at what you do, but speaking professionally under pressure is challenging. You are probably similar to other professionals who wish they could express what is in their mind better. My clients come to me because they ramble, over-explain, stutter, sound unsure, or lose their main point during meetings, presentations, interviews, and everyday workplace conversations.
I created this program for professionals just like that. This program will give you the tools you need to speak with more clarity, confidence, and control.
What you will learn to do
Over six weeks, you will learn practical ways to communicate more clearly, confidently, and professionally in the situations that matter at work. You will practice every week, receive feedback, and use AI roleplaying between sessions to get immediate coaching so you can continue improving your speaking habits.
Week 1: How to Make a Clear and Complete Point
Learn how to organize your thoughts quickly, get to the point and give people the information they need without rambling or over-explaining.
Week 2: How to Tell a Professional Story
Learn how to understand your ideas more clearly by telling stories that add interest and help the listener see and understand your meaning.
Week 3: How to Present Your Ideas So People See the Value
Learn how to explain an idea, recommendation or proposal from the listener's perspective, making it easier for them to understand why it matters.
Week 4: How to Persuade and Negotiate with Confidence
Learn how to make a strong case, support your position and communicate confidently when you want someone to agree, decide or take action.
Week 5: How to Handle Difficult Conversations Professionally
Learn how to address problems, disagreements and sensitive issues clearly without becoming defensive, avoiding the issue or damaging the relationship.
Week 6: How to Think and Respond on the Spot
Learn how to handle unexpected questions, objections and changes in direction while staying calm, confident and focused on your main point.
Most importantly, you will practice these skills, not just learn about them. Every week includes guided practice and feedback, with AI roleplaying between sessions so you can continue practicing in real workplace situations. You will receive unlimited coaching to see immediate results that are data driven. With practice, you will see the "umms" and weak words decrease, you will see your pace improve, and you will receive private feedback that is encouraging and gives you answers.
When You Communicate Better, People Notice
Speaking clearly and confidently is not just about sounding better. It can change how people see you, respond to you, and the opportunities that come your way.
Stronger communication can help you:
- Earn more respect because people see you as capable, prepared, and credible.
- Get noticed at work when you contribute your ideas instead of holding back.
- Build trust faster with colleagues, clients, and senior leaders.
- Attract more clients because you can explain what you do and why it matters.
- Create more career opportunities by being more visible and confident about what you can contribute.
- Have more influence when decisions are being made.
- Negotiate more effectively when discussing fees, salaries, responsibilities, or agreements.
- Build stronger professional relationships because people understand you and know where you stand.
- Be remembered after meetings, presentations, interviews, and networking conversations.
- Feel ready for bigger opportunities when you are asked to present, lead a meeting, meet a client, join a panel, or speak on behalf of your organization.
When you know how to express yourself clearly, you are more likely to speak up when it matters. And when people hear your ideas, they have the opportunity to see what you can do.
