For the Leadership Communication Coaching Program
(Clear Speak GCC – Registered under Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development)

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and participation in the Leadership Communication Coaching Program (the “Program”) offered by Clear Speak GCC, a business licensed under the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED).
By completing the online checkout and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms comply with the UAE Federal Law on Consumer Protection and the regulations governing freelance permits and professional services in Abu Dhabi.
2. Program Details
The Program includes the services described on the sales and checkout pages, including:
- Six (6) live online group coaching sessions
- Weekly sessions held from 6–7 PM (Dubai time)
- Start date: Monday, December 1
- Private WhatsApp support group
- Access to the Clear Speak AI Coaching Tool for the duration of the Program
- Live breakout-room activities, group practice, and feedback

Group Sessions
Clear Speak GCC reserves the right to improve or adjust training content, tools, or delivery methods to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
3. Payment & Pricing
- The Program fee is 1000 AED + VAT (if applicable under UAE tax law).
- Payment must be made in full at checkout through the secure online payment gateway provided on the website.
- Your spot is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
- A receipt will be automatically emailed to the address you provide at checkout.
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
Because this is a limited-capacity, service-based educational program, all sales are final.
However, Clear Speak GCC offers the following fair-use conditions:
4.1 Refunds
No refunds will be issued once payment has been completed, except where required by UAE law (e.g., proven technical failure preventing access to the service, or non-delivery of the Program).
4.2 Transfer to a Future Cohort
If you are unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances, you may request one (1) transfer to the next available cohort, subject to availability.
Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the first session.
4.3 Substitutions
You may request to transfer your enrollment to another person before the first session begins. This is subject to approval and availability.
5. Attendance & Missed Sessions
- If you miss a session, you will receive a summary via the WhatsApp group.
- No make-up sessions or private repeat sessions are included.
- Access to the AI coaching tool remains available throughout the Program.
Attendance is your responsibility; the fee does not change based on participation levels.
6. Technology & Access Requirements
To participate in the Program, you must have:
- A stable internet connection
- A device capable of running Zoom
- WhatsApp access for group communication
- Ability to access the Clear Speak AI Coaching Tool (browser-based)
Clear Speak GCC is not responsible for technical failures on the client’s side.
7. Use of the AI Coaching Tool
Access to the Clear Speak AI Coaching Tool is provided for the duration of the Program only.
You agree:
- Not to share your login with others
- Not to reproduce, copy, or resell the tool
- To use the tool in line with its intended purpose (speech practice & feedback)
Access may be revoked for misuse without refund.
8. Code of Conduct
To maintain a respectful and supportive learning environment:
Participants must:
- Treat all group members with respect
- Maintain confidentiality within the group sessions and WhatsApp group
- Avoid harassing, abusive, or disruptive behaviour
- Participate in good faith
Clear Speak GCC may remove participants for violating conduct expectations, without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All program materials—including slides, recordings, exercises, worksheets, techniques, and AI-generated exercises—are the intellectual property of Clear Speak GCC or its partners.
You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose any material without written permission.
Recordings of live sessions (if provided) are for personal use only.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Clear Speak GCC follows UAE data protection requirements.
- Personal information is used only for enrollment, communication, and delivery of services.
- WhatsApp group participation is optional, but you acknowledge that your name and number will be visible to other participants.
- AI tool recordings are processed through our licensed provider (Yoodli white-label) in accordance with their security and privacy standards.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed under UAE law:
- Clear Speak GCC provides training and coaching for skill development; results vary by participant effort.
- Clear Speak GCC is not liable for business outcomes, employment decisions, promotions, or external results.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with specific application to the regulations of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED).
Any disputes shall first be addressed through amicable negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
